Order Processing and Delivery
Once we have received your order we will aim to process it within 48hrs.
If you have placed an order with us and it is out of stock we will let you know about the shortage as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel the order.
If the item you have ordered is available for us to order or is already on order we will dispatch it to you as soon as we receive it.
If the order is for an item that we can no longer order we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a replacement or refund.
Postage charges are as follows:
2nd Class U.K Delivery – £2.60
1st Class U.K Delivery – £3.90
Special Delivery Guaranteed (U.K Next Day) – £9.50
Airmail within the European Union – £4.80
For orders placed with 1st Class delivery please allow 2-4 days for processing and delivery.
For orders placed with 2nd Class delivery please allow 3-5 days for processing and delivery.
Special Delivery Guaranteed should ensure that your order will arrive with you by 5.30pm the next working day.

For orders placed requiring delivery to the European Union please allow at least 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

This should be considered a guideline only and may be subject to change due to external and unforseen circumstances.
Right To Cancel
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment that you place an order and ends 14 days from the day that you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple deliveries the 14 day period runs from the date of receipt of the last delivery.
Right To Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the return or of the customer providing evidence of the return.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from refunds where the goods have been handled more than necessary. (More than would be expected were you purchasing an item in a physical store) This includes where an item shows signs of wear.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any costs that may occur when returning an item/s.
If upon receipt an item is found to be faulty we will refund any return costs incurred by the customer.
Please note that items that do not fit are not considered to be faulty.
